We want your experience at Life Church to feel simple, welcoming, and clear from the start. Here you’ll find everything you need to know before you arrive, so you can come feeling comfortable, confident, and ready to connect.
What can I expect when visiting Life Church Charlotte for the first time?
Arrival & Kids
We gather every Sunday at 10:00am, with services lasting about 75–90 minutes. Arrive a few minutes early to park, grab a coffee, get settled, and allow time to check kids into Life Kids.
Music
We sing together to exalt the name of Jesus and to encounter God’s presence in spirit and in truth. As we sing what is good and true we welcome the Spirit of God to form and reshape our hearts.
Prayer
We set aside time to focus our hearts on the One we’ve come to worship. The congregation is led by one of our leaders in a guided time of silence, reflection, thanksgiving and supplication.
Sermon
Our sermons are rooted in Scripture, which we believe is the wholly sufficient guide for life and faith. We teach through books of the Bible verse by verse—exploring original meaning and application in clear, accessible ways.
Communion
We take communion at the end of each service, encouraging followers of Christ to participate in the remembrance of His sacrifice on the cross. Communion is intended for believers, so we welcome non-believers to observe.

Yes, parking is available on-site. Our team will be outside to help guide you when you arrive, and clear signage will point you in the right direction. If it’s your first visit, arriving a few minutes early can help you get parked and settled with ease. If our lot is full, there is plenty of street parking nearby.

We do. LIFE KIDS, our kids’ ministry, is available every Sunday for children newborn through 8 years old. Kids will experience a safe, clean, and age-appropriate environment where they learn about Jesus in fun and meaningful ways. Our check-in process is secure, and all volunteers are trained and background-checked, so you can enjoy the service knowing your kids are in good hands.

Yes, a quiet Mom’s Room is available downstairs. This is a comfortable space where you can feed or change your baby while watching a live stream of the sermon. Ask one of our volunteers on Sunday for more information.
